If you are not 100% happy with the item you purchased, then we're really very sorry to hear that. You are of course welcome to return the item to us, and all you need to do is send it back within 30 days from your date of purchase.
Please Note ~ To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with any enclosed documentation.
Please also consider that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own piece of mind we recommend that you send the item using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please allow a maximum of 7 days for an approved refund to be made.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and prepare the item for sending back.
